Music for the MIND, in partnership with MUSIC & MEMORY℠, is an iPod donation drive to help bring personalized music to people with advanced stage dementia in assisted living and memory care homes in Orange County.  Ongoing research suggests individualized music may alter mood and improve quality of life for people in the late stages of dementia, so thousands of assisted living homes across the country have implemented MUSIC & MEMORY’s personalized music program for their residents.

Music for the MIND helps facilitate MUSIC & MEMORY’s program by collecting iPods and iTunes gift cards for local assisted living homes interested in providing personalized music for their residents.

In the days of smartphones and tablets, is your iPod collecting dust?  Donate gently used (or new) iPods to Music for the MIND, and we’ll deliver them to Orange County assisted living homes to help them launch their music program for residents. Don’t have an iPod to donate but still want to help? Donating an iTunes gift card in any amount allows participating homes to purchase personalized music for their residents.

To donate, simply print/complete this form and mail or deliver it with your iPod and/or iTunes gift card to:

Your donation could help someone like Henry reconnect with personalized music.
